Terms of Service

AWSAM is a vetted marketplace that connects brands and buyers with athletes, creators, events and organisers offering sponsorship and advertising packages. AWSAM facilitates introductions, contracts and payments; the sponsorship itself is delivered by the seller.

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AWSAM.

Membership is by application. Every application is reviewed by the AWSAM team, and we may approve, request more information, or decline at our discretion.

Paid membership is £9.99 per month. Members who join by 30 November 2026 keep the launch rate of £4.99 per month for as long as their membership stays active. You can also pay yearly: 12 months for the price of 10 (£49.90 a year at the launch rate, £99.90 a year otherwise). Creator membership is free. Your first month is free for every account.

You can cancel your membership at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the current month.

Sellers are responsible for describing their packages accurately and delivering what the agreed delivery brief sets out. Listings are reviewed by AWSAM before they appear in the marketplace.

AWSAM may remove or suspend any listing or profile that is misleading, unlawful, or breaches these terms.

Buyers pay by card on the deal page. Payment is processed by Stripe; the seller's share is paid to their connected account and AWSAM's facilitation fee is deducted at the same time.

A flat 15% AWSAM facilitation fee applies to every completed deal, added on top of the listed package price.

Deals cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. If something goes wrong, either party can raise a dispute in the deal desk and AWSAM will review it.

All contact between buyers and sellers stays inside AWSAM until a contract is signed and payment is confirmed. Contact details are then shared so both sides can deliver the deal.

Commission is owed to AWSAM on any deal completed outside the platform within 12 months of an introduction made through AWSAM.

You must be honest in your application, profile and listings; keep your account secure; and not use the platform for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

You must not attempt to circumvent AWSAM's fees, scrape the platform, or interfere with other members' deals.

AWSAM is a facilitator, not a party to the sponsorship contract between buyer and seller, and not a bank or escrow service. We vet members and provide the contract and payment infrastructure, but delivery of the package remains the seller's responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, AWSAM's total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid to AWSAM in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify members of significant changes by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
