I accept £4.99 per month after my free first month, which starts on 12 October when AWSAM launches. Nothing is charged until the free month ends. This price is 50% off forever because I am applying by 30 November. I can cancel at any time. A 15% facilitation commission applies to completed deals.I accept the fair dealing clause: if a deal is agreed outside AWSAM within 12 months of an AWSAM introduction, full AWSAM commission is still owed. All contact stays inside AWSAM until a contract is signed.

Membership agreement and fees

Membership is £4.99 a month instead of £9.99, locked in at 50% off forever when you apply by 30 November. Your first month is free, it starts on 12 October when AWSAM launches, and you can cancel at any time.
A 15% AWSAM facilitation commission applies to every completed deal, booking or sponsorship agreed between members who met on AWSAM. It is invoiced separately and is never taken out of the seller payment.
Buyers pay sellers directly. AWSAM never holds funds.
All introductions, enquiries and negotiations stay inside AWSAM until a contract is signed. Commission remains due on any deal completed outside AWSAM within 12 months of an AWSAM introduction.
